Fees, Funding & Booking
Each year we review our fees to ensure we are able to provide the best possible service and the highest standard of care for your children, while also being as affordable as possible.
As a not-for-profit registered charity, all of our income is retained by Funfishers to ensure we can continually improve the facilities, provide up to date training and development for the staff, and pay our staff the Real Living Wage.
Fees & Times
All fees outlined below are per child per single day session. We also offer funded places for children ages between 2 and 4 years, for those not already in full-time education. We have some information about funded hours below.
NURSERY
9 months - 4 years : all year round
Fees per baby, toddler, or child, not in full time education, or on funded hours
Full day - 8:00am to 6:00pm - £65.00
Half day - 8.00am to 1:00pm or 1:00pm to 6:00pm - £38.00
Early start - 7:30am to 8:00am - £6.50
PRE-SCHOOL
3 - 4 years : term time only
Full day - 9:00am to 3:00pm - £45.00
Half day - 9:00am to 12:00pm or 12:00pm-3:00pm - £24.50
Lunch time pick-up from school - 11:30am - £5.00
Lunch time drop-off at school - 12:30pm - £5.00
WRAP AROUND CHILDCARE
4 - 11 years : term time only
Breakfast club - 7:30am to 9:00am - £7.75
After school club - 3:00pm to 6:00pm - £12.25
HOLIDAY CLUB
5 - 11 years : during school holidays
Full day - 8:00am to 6:00pm - £38.00

Funding
We accept 15 and 30 hours funding depending on eligibility criteria for children aged 9 months to 4 years (terms and conditions apply). Funding can be used over 38 weeks of the year, during term time only.
We also accept HAF grant funded places during some of the holiday club periods, depending on elgibility, and receipt of the grant.

Booking places at Funfishers
We offer parents a flexible half termly booking service, and use a secure app called Famly for our registration, booking, invoicing, and communication with families.
A Pre-Registration form and User Agreement must be completed before you and your child can be added to Famly. You will also be asked to complete a term-time booking plan which can be added to Famly once your places have been confirmed. A weekly booking form can also be provided if you require adhoc sessions.
Once a booking plan is completed and approved the places will roll forward term-time only onto the next half-term unless management is informed that you wish for places to be changed or stopped. This can only be done at the end of each half-term. Plans can be adapted by filling out a new booking plan which can commence from the next half-term. Holiday Club is booked on a first come first served basis.
